About Melinda DeLuna

A native of Gainesville, I attended both Santa Fe College and the University of Florida, earning degrees in Journalism (AA) and Telecommunication (BS). I also have extensive promotional marketing experience, representing dozens of companies through various campaigns and events. I am a Broker Associate and have earned my GRI, ABR, AHWD, and SRS designations, as well as my C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) endorsement from the National Association of Realtors. I am highly involved with the Gainesville-Alachua County Association of REALTORS (GACAR) Young Professionals Network (YPN), as well as GACAR's Professional Development and Community Outreach Committees. Not only do I have a passion for real estate, but for people, as well; perhaps, even more so. This fuels my love for helping clients, both buyers and sellers alike. Whether the task be getting the best price for your home or guiding you through the journey of homeownership, I strive to keep my clients and their needs a priority.

When I'm not researching recent sales, pricing homes, or pursuing the right home for my clients, I am a dedicated mom of four; Maya, Matia, Kira, and Damian.
