About Elena Mendenhall

As a lifelong native of Gainesville and "Double Gator" of the University of Florida, Elena began her real estate journey with a local property management company. Upon earning her MBA from UF, Elena was promoted to General Manager, where she served for several years until her recruitment to another brokerage to help build and develop the property management division. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Elena is committed to using her skills in marketing, customer service, negotiation, and business development, along with her vast knowledge and passion for the Gainesville community to get to know her clients and help them feel comfortable every step along the way of their real estate journey.
